Level I
Ages: 8+

The traditional ballet format of barre and center work is emphasized with proper alignment, technique, musicality, and artistry.
This class is a beginner class open to students who are new to ballet, have some experience, returning students, or students who have completed a season in Fundamentals III and meet the age requirements and/or permission from the instructor.
This class is perfect for the Teen or Adult who is new or returning to dance and would like to move at a slower pace to work on technique, alignment, and mechanics of the basic vocabulary.
Level II
Ages: 9+

This class is for students who have had beginner experience and have accomplished the skills of Level l / Beginner. This class is also perfect for the Teen or Adult who would like to move at a slightly slower pace than a Level III and faster than a Level I.
For the more serious student, two - three classes a week is recommended to make appropriate progress.
Suggested additional class: Level I and /or Level III
(Instructor permission only).
Students must meet the age requirements and/or permission from the instructor to ensure safe technical and mechanical safety. Teachers reserve the right to place students at a level that is appropriate for the student's success and safety.

Level III
Ages: 13+

This class is for students who want to increase their training and commitment to ballet with a continued focus on an educational and artistic goal, as well as the student with previous experience who recreationally would like to move at a faster pace than a Level II.
Two classes or more classes per week is recommended to make appropriate progress.
Suggested additional classes: Level I / II (Monday), Level II (Wednesday), Level III (Instructor permission only).
LeveIIII (Wednesday), Level III ( Instructor permission only ).
A great option for older teens and adults with previous experience.
Pre-Teen

Learn the basics of ballet vocabulary and movement alongside other adults. Ballet is a great way to gain strength, flexibility, improve posture, balance, and reduce stress in a non-competitive atmosphere.
This class is also perfect for the Teen or Adult who would like to move at a slower pace and/or returning to ballet.

This class refreshes the basics and previously learned ballet vocabulary alongside other adults.
Continue to build vocabulary, technique, and mechanics in a non-competitive atmosphere. Differentiated exercises are offered to encourage appropriate individual growth.
